Getting Started
Ensure You’re Using a Compatible Web-browser
It’s important that your web browser is up-to-date. Chrome and Brave are free to install.
On iPhones & iPads, use Safari. Chrome doesn’t work.
On Android phones and tablets, use the Chrome app. Other browser apps, such as Samsung’s may not work.
Make Sure You’re Logged-In
When you subscribed, if you didn't already have an account, your login details will be automatically sent to your email.
If you can’t find the welcome email after a few minutes, please check your Spam folder and Promotions tab (if any). If you paid using PayPal, they sometimes take an hour to go through (or days if paid from a bank account).
If you had a previous subscription and are renewing it, you won’t receive a welcome email with a new password. Use the email and password you logged-in with before. If you don’t remember your old password, you can reset it at the log-in page.
Starting a Project
After logging in, you arrive at the New Project page. There you can load a design from your device, use a design from our Library, or create a design using the Stencil Makers or the Designer.
To easily get back to Rapid Resizer, bookmark the New Project page or add it to your favorites list. On a mobile device, you can add Rapid Resizer to your home screen.
Once you’ve created or loaded a project using any of the tools on Rapid Resizer, you arrive at the Customize & Resize screen. Enter your measurements and print your full-size design. Or you can first use any of the customization options.
Getting Help
If you need help with anything in Rapid Resizer, use the Help button. There’s one on each page.
In the Help panel, you can lookup answers to questions, watch tutorial videos, or email us. If you’re having an issue with a particular part of the app, try to contact us from where it’s occurring.
